Career Guidance & Support

Model Finishing School (MFS) provides career guidance and support services to help students, graduates and job seekers make informed career decisions and prepare effectively for the evolving employment landscape. The programme focuses on identifying individual strengths, understanding career opportunities and developing the skills required to pursue suitable career pathways.

MFS offers guidance on higher education, career options, job opportunities, skill development and emerging career domains. Through counselling sessions, orientation programmes, skill assessments and expert interactions, learners are encouraged to understand their interests and capabilities and select career paths that align with their goals.

The career support initiatives also focus on employability enhancement, including communication skills, professional etiquette, resume preparation, interview preparation, workplace readiness and digital skills. Students are exposed to current industry trends and emerging opportunities in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Software Development, Cybersecurity, Digital Marketing, Robotics and other technology-driven sectors.

MFS also facilitates industry interaction, internship opportunities, training programmes and career-oriented workshops, enabling learners to gain practical exposure and better understand workplace expectations.

Through its career guidance and support initiatives, MFS aims to empower learners with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to make informed career choices and successfully transition from education to employment or higher studies.
